今天早上找到万里望的老招牌-冰森酒家吃了新鲜西刀鱼丸、港式炒面、点心等。
价钱合理、食材新鲜丰美。两个人又吃又打包的才花了二十元马币。

It is called Hokkien mee in Penang though.<br /><br />In KL, it is quite hard to find good Penang food that taste as good as those in Penang. FK and I found a nice prawn noodle stall in Jalan Ipoh. The noodle is simply covered with plentiful of shrimps and dried shrimps.. half of a boiled eggs, kang kung, lean pork and umami taste prawn soup that satisfied the two hungry man at 10.30pm last Saturday.<br /><br />Another thing to recommend is the 'luk mei tong shui' or my own translation 6 flavour soup. Purely vegetarian, except for the chicken stock seasoning from Tumix.<br /><br />My recipee:<br /><br />Ingredients:<br />500g Glutinous rice, soaked for 3 hours<br />100g Black-eyed peas, soaked for 3 hours<br />3 tbsp Olive Oil<br />3 Onion, chopped<br />4 cloves Garlic, chopped<br />1/4 tsp Mixed spices powder<br />1/2 tsp Ground Black Pepper<br />1 tsp Tumix Chicken Stock Seasoning<br />1/2 tsp Thick soy sauce<br />20 Fresh shitake mushroom<br /><br />Methods:<br />1. Steam black-eyed peas for around 15 min or until cooked, set aside.<br />2. Heat oil in a wok, saute chopped onion & garlic until fragrant.<br />3. Add in tossed glutinous rice & seasoning. Stir-fry gently until mix well.<br />4. Add in black-eyed peas & some water if needed. Turn off heat when the glutinous rice starts to stick together.<br />5. Add in sliced shitake mushroom and mix evenly.<br />5. Transfer glutinous rice mixture into a metal bowl and prepare to steam for 20 min or until the glutinous rice cooked thoroughly.<br /><br />It's quite simple and nice to eat. cursor:hand;width: 400px; height: 268px;" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEj0mjF88aabXIVvyXy2LYoy-IVQ_s2OITfPThZ-SGL8zOGrQ7WCuqcY1Z1griQ1wyamnbUekrwlw2pao9-FWmIteecwJ-NRjPigvBoJCparybgQb2oK_OPr4tAoQy-t0dGLvfnvz_3QRFo/s400/DSC_6766.jpg" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5334049910751872338" /></a><br /><br />说起来很奇怪,我们这旅途中,拍了不少猫。<br /><br />又是那一句,如果不是摄影,我也不会去注意原来马来西亚到处都是猫。<br /><br />第一次,是在旅行的第一天,我们到达文冬,想吃师傅和阿佳上次到这里的时候吃的好好吃的云吞面,但师傅的朋友介绍了另一间,是在很有特色建筑--华人大会堂里面的。<br /><br />结果我不觉得这云吞面有什么特别,特别的是那杯“掺giam si”吧!就是“摻”--奶茶加咖啡,另一叫法是“鸳鸯”,giam si是客家话,意思是少淡奶。口感十足,淡奶的香和咖啡的香是微微的,加上比较重的奶茶味道,天衣无缝的一个组合。<br /><br />啊。。我是要说我们拍猫。<br /><br />吃饱过后,买了报纸,我们随便拍拍,看到一只可爱小猫。<br /><br />我们蜂窝的走上去,拍着,又走来另一只一模一样的小猫,我们乐此不疲的在那边拍了十分钟有多。<br /><br />第二次是前往瓜拉登嘉楼时,路经关丹Black Stone海滩,不算漂亮的一个海滩,暴风雨前夕的感觉,我拍了一张猫看着小孩的照片,主题拍得很小,因为那太突然了。<br /><br />之后我们到的海龟养育中心,也看到一只猫,但我没有拍,因为下着微微细雨,我们赶上车。<br /><br />再次疯狂的拍猫是回程入住肯逸湖的时候,那只小白,岛上好像只有那么一只猫,一直都在我们住宿周围流荡,很寂寞的样子,我们见一次拍一次。<br /><br />我们背着背包,走的时候,它叫得很大声,我们也和猫告别,没有再拍猫了,继续我们回家的旅程。ahmenghttp://www.blogger.com/profile/09245129275156869334noreply@blogger.com1tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3782105256138372129.post-324427043210779592009-05-06T08:56:00.010+08:002009-05-06T09:11:59.035+08:00《X战警前传:金刚狼》我的同伴们非常狠心的抛下我,再次去流浪了。。。。 :-(<br />可怜的我,只好和四五十个同事们去看戏作乐。。。<br />而且还是免费的premier class 。。。 哇哈哈!<br /><br /><br />印象中我好像没看过《X战警》这系列的电影,不过这部前传还蛮不错的,值得一看过戏瘾。<br /><br /><br /><br /><object height="340" width="560"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/LPmbGzQaOCs&hl=en&fs=1"><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always"><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/LPmbGzQaOCs&hl=en&fs=1" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true" width="400" height="300"></embed></object>Carynhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/00594744231984743829noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3782105256138372129.post-77464333194732027992009-04-29T14:57:00.002+08:002009-04-29T15:12:40.065+08:00Count Down 5, 4, 3, 2, 1《流浪--Part 2》即将开始!<br />Pack your bags and let's go!阿佳http://www.blogger.com/profile/10751837924493725309noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3782105256138372129.post-55071496218614894802009-04-15T23:32:00.004+08:002009-04-16T07:40:53.165+08:00走过Bromo火山开始之前,先来个<a href="http://wikimapia.org/#lat=-7.9422337&lon=112.953186&z=15&l=0&m=a&v=2&search=mount%20bromo ">维基地图游</a>。<br /><br />先来说一说Bromo火山,它是一个年轻的活火山,最近一次爆发是在2004年。位置在泗水西南约150公里处,高2393米。<br /><br />我对数据一向很差,两千多米是多高?马来西亚云顶就只有约两千米。<br /><br />所以可以想象得到,这里是很冷的山区。<br /><br />起个老早,到了Gunung Penanjakan看Bromo的日出过后,7.50am,我们就乘小吉普车,一个小时的车程,到了Bromo山脚的不远处。天亮了,气温也开始缓和了起来。<br /><br />车子要到达停放处的时候,就有很多人骑着马追来了。<br /><br />所谓的车的停放处,不过是一支一支漆成白色的木柱,直线排开,栏着车子继续前进。司机就给了我们一张小纸,说如果要坐马到Bromo山脚,就把这张纸给他们吧!我们都不想坐,直接给回司机了,背着背包,就开始走向山脚。<br /><br />然后很多人牵着马会一直跟着你,一直跟你谈价钱,价钱我忘了,反正你一直走,价钱就会越来越低,跟他们说了十次不要,他们还是跟上来继续说服你,很烦,很想发火。过后在车上跟慧勤谈起,她说,这些人也是想赚钱养家,有天只有那么一次会有生意,他们自然死缠烂打跟着你了。想着也对,说起宽容,我还真需要跟她学习。<br /><br />说回走去山脚,地上都是火山熔岩风化后的黑色沙,很漂亮均匀,但走在上面的确很辛苦,空气又冷又稀薄,走着走着,气很喘,停下来,把鞋子里的沙倒掉,再走,拍拍照,再走,二十分钟后,我是最后才走到山脚,友人们已经上了楼梯了。<br /><br />终于的,跟来的马夫已经不说什么了,只是问说等下回的时候要不要坐他的马,记住他,我说不用了,拍了几张照片,就往楼梯走去。<br /><br />走着上楼梯的时候,回头看,才看到原来在山脚不远处有间庙,怎么刚才经过没有看到?看来我真的是被那些做骑马生意的人烦到没有注意周围的环境了。楼梯上了一半,又很喘,停下来拍照,气顺了再一鼓作气走上了火山口。<br /><br />走上了最后一级楼梯,迎面来的就是卖干花的女人,所谓干花,是沙上的一些干枯的植物,她把它们捆成一小束,在地上摊开做生意。这些花,是拿来祭火山口的,买的人会把它丢到火山口去。我没有买,也没有问价钱,步步为营的走向另一边去看火山口。<br /><br />Bromo火山口算是旅游规划很好的火山,除了那坚固的石梯,整个火山口也有围着栏杆。那些栏杆是宽宽大大的,其实并没有阻止人掉进去的功能,只是给人扶着走,当有人站在栏杆和很久不走的时候,你就必须沿着没有栏杆的另一边绕过去,稍微失足的话,你就会沿着山坡滚下去了。终于这么近距离看火山口,看地裂的缝口里面冒着白烟,并没有看见熔岩。<br /><br />我并没有走远,慢慢的走在几百公尺的范围,拍了几张照片,就跟国维,静萍和慧勤一起下楼梯,走回去了停车的地方了。<br /><br /><br />在山脚已经可以看到火山口整齐的栏杆:<br /><a onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}" href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgC-_PTRiJKLmwGZyy9sfHhX9Vy_zDCKlunEEGxwk9SVJ786yUjAxak5k2tqRVKHxt4PYiL7fy4SpVuDwqEWktQEdHwrlo1wl_Hmxt7BlLW5RtULet_4aHfWRoz58wB3x1L8AsVfvboFF4/s1600-h/DSC_2858.jpg"><img style="cursor:pointer; The chicken wings were well marinated and extremly juicy.
