李のSeafood Tomyam















Bought this tomyam mix from Phuket; decided to give it a try. The mix comes with tomyam paste, some dried ingredents and seasonings.

I used 3 packets of tomyam paste, tomatoes, round brinjals, shallots, oyster mushrooms and cauliflower.















Just throw the tomyam mix and shallots into a pot of water; let it boil for 15 - 20 mins. Then add in tomatoes, brinjals, cauliflower and mushroom. Let it cook for another 15 mins or until the vegetables are soft. Season with some salt and sugar.















Transfer some soup into a smaller pot. Select some preferred seafood and cook until the seafood is just well done. Serve hot :-)

By the way, it actually tasted quite good :P
