CNY Reunion Dish

Last week I attended Chef Judy Loh's CNY dish cooking class at Ajinomoto. In the picture are my team mates and the 4 season platter that we cooked with Chef Judy's guidance.
I practised the recipe at home and managed to innovate from four season to "3 super stars" platter. :) Hehehe...
My little nephew likes these siew mai. :)

This is another simple dish I cooked for first day of CNY. Fried flavoured toufu with sauce.
